How We Work

• Drawn before it's built. You see a measured floor plan and elevations, with appliance sizes, before any cabinet is ordered.
• Itemized estimates. Cabinets, countertops, tile, electrical, plumbing and labor sit on separate lines so you can adjust one without guessing at the rest.
• City of Glendale permits. When circuits, drains or gas lines change, we pull the permit and call for each inspection.
